Generally speaking, any heat exchanger that adds winding fins to heat exchange tubes to increase the heat dissipation area can be called a fin radiator. The finned radiator is relatively simple to install and is installed in the core area of the heating system, such as a drying room system, a radiator and a circulating fan installed in the drying cabinet body. Today's mining system is becoming more and more mature, simple and complex structure, as the heat sink heat sink installation procedures need to follow the operation, here are some precautions.
First of all, before installation, check whether all components are intact (this is the primary task), and make the corresponding pressure test according to the specified design pressure, and check the pressure and sealing performance of the tube and shell side.
Secondly, before installation, attention should be paid to the characteristics of its design structure to ensure that the medium in the tube can be disposed along with it during or after use.
Third, finned radiators should be equipped with corresponding medium piping systems according to the design, and attention should be paid to closing the ball valves on steam and hot water pipes and return water pipes. When heating with steam, a condensate drain is installed on the condensate line. When several heat exchangers are used in combination, it is advisable to control the access of the media individually, especially when the air flow is used in series.
Fourth, when the medium is steam, the backwater takeover should be equipped with a trap, and the displacement of the trap nameplate should exceed 3-4 times of the fin condenser condensate.
Fifth, it is forbidden to use the inlet and outlet pipelines as supporting brackets during installation. The supporting brackets should be on the sides of the heat exchanger side plates, and there are mounting plates to disperse the load.
Sixth, when the medium is steam, steam goes in and out. In other media, when the air is heated, the temperature of the medium in the tube will drop, the density will increase, and the weight will naturally sink. This should be used to move up and down to reduce the pressure drop in the pipeline. Similarly, when cooling air, it should be used to enter and exit.
Seventh, when the fin-type radiator is used for heating air, thermal insulation materials are used. Insulation materials commonly used are rock wool and aluminum silicate fibers. When cooling and condensing air, a wind shield and a wire mesh demister should be installed. Air Conditioning Design Manual.
